PLEASE NOTE: Given the evolving situation around the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival Queen Program will not be moving forward with selecting a 2020 Cherry Blossom Festival Queen and Court. The 2020 Candidates will be pursuing candidacy in 2021. The Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival Queen Program looks forward to joining the community for the 2021 Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival.

Mission Statement:

The Festival’s Queen Program focuses on developing young women of Japanese descent to become future community leaders who will preserve and continue traditions and bring forth new ideas. We value maturity, integrity, sincerity, honesty, loyalty, commitment and diligence and are dedicated to the mentoring and development of these young women. Through outreach and hands-on presence at community events we can further the relationship with our community.
